Elijah's Open Arms Foundation partners with hospitals, case managers, social workers, public health nurses, WIC staff, shelters, community organizations, and healthcare providers to support mothers and children through our Safe Beginnings Program.

Our goal is simple: ensure that no mother has to navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or hardship alone.

What We Provide

Need Immediate Support for a Mother or Family?

If you are a healthcare provider, case manager, social worker, WIC representative, hospital staff member, or community partner referring a mother or family in need of urgent support, please submit an urgent referral below.

For use by hospitals, case managers, social workers, public health nurses, WIC staff, shelters, and community partners.

Step 1

Submit a referral using our online referral form.

Community Partner Referral Process

Step 2

Our team reviews the referral and contacts the family and/or referring agency.

Step 3

A member of our support team is assigned and begins coordinating direct support services.

Step 4

We provide ongoing support, follow-up, and community care when appropriate.
