Supporting mothers and children through pregnancy, postpartum, and difficult life transitions.
What We Offer
The Safe Beginnings Program provides direct support for eligible mothers and families, including:
• Emergency doula support
• On-demand labor support when available
• Postpartum support
• Transportation assistance
• Baby essentials and diapers
• Resource navigation and advocacy
• Maternal wellness support
• Community support services
• Referrals to trusted community partners when needed
Who Can Apply?
We welcome referrals from:
• Mothers and families
• Case managers
• Social workers
• Public health nurses
• WIC staff
• Hospitals and clinics
• Community organizations
The Safe Beginnings Program is designed to provide direct support to pregnant women, mothers, and families facing hardship. Our goal is to ensure that no mother has to navigate pregnancy, postpartum recovery, or difficult life circumstances alone.
Program Guidelines
Assistance is based on program availability and eligibility.
Services may vary based on volunteer and community resource availability.
Elijah's Open Arms Foundation does not provide direct cash assistance.
Elijah's Open Arms Foundation does not provide direct financial assistance for rent, mortgages, utility bills, or personal debts.
We focus on providing direct support, maternal wellness resources, transportation assistance, baby essentials, emergency doula services, resource navigation, and community-based support.
